Hi, admin wants to talk about a problem faced by a customer which is ASUS A456U CAN’T BOOT WINDOW.  Before this the problem never happened, but 2 days ago it suddenly happened. He first got to know OK COMPUTER SOLUTION PULAU PINANG on Facebook because the account was active in telling customers about their problems and solving those problems, including the CAN’T BOOT WINDOWS laptop problem. As soon as he ON the laptop, BLUESCREEN appeared. It's stuck there and can't enter windows. He brings his laptop to our shop to check what he need to do.

Causes laptop BLUESCREEN:

Cause 1: 'Installed' programs (software) that are not compatible with the computer Infected with a virus Inserting an inappropriate / incorrect driver Interruption in the operating system (Operating System) / Windows crash

Cause 2: not compatible with new hard ware such as RAM.

Cause 3: Cause: the hard disk is damaged
