Once the power is connected, you should be good to go, but sometimes you plug in the AC adapter, and you get nothing. No glowing lights, no brightened display, and no "battery charging" icon in the corner. What could be wrong?

Hello everyone, today admin wants to tell a story about the problem faced by the customer, which is the LAPTOP BATTERY NOT DETECTED. Customer complained that his LAPTOP’s BATTERY suddenly NOT DETECTED when plug–in the charger.

What causes BATTERY NOT CHARGING issue?

• ·         Power Cord Issues
• ·         Software Malfunction
• ·         Declining BATTERY Health.

Fix/Check BATTRY NOT CHARGING issue:

Troubleshooting the Hardware

- Plug the laptop into a different power outlet

- Inspect the power adapter.

-Check the power jack on the laptop.

Check battery health

After our technician checked the LAPTOP, it was found that the BATTERY need to change to new one.

·         The suggestion given is to change the new BATTERY.

This may solve BATTERY NOT CHARGING issue. He proceeds to change it and he’s happy because he can charge like normal. Change it now!! Worth it!!
