SOLVED: ACER ASPIRE 4920 HAD BEEN EFFECTED BY RANSOMWARE | OKCS PULAU PINANG

Assalamualaikum and good evening, today we are at Ok Computer Solution, had accept one of the customers laptop where his laptop ACER ASPIRE 4920 HAD BEEN EFFECTED BY RANSOMWARE. So our technician had to resolve this problem of the laptop.

Today we are going to tell a story about our customer that came to our store to complain about his laptop ACER ASPIRE 4920 HAD BEEN AFFECTED BY RANSOMWARE. He tells that all of his file won't open, a splash of screen and odd or missing files extension. The customer also complain that he can't do his work by the effect of the virus, he so sad that his computer cannot be use in time he needs.

We ask him how do he know our store. He replied that he knows from searching at google about our store and he rush to our store to seeking our help. After a few minute we listening to his complain, we took his laptop ACER ASPIRE 4920 THAT HAD BEEN AFFECTED RANSOMWARE to diagnose. Meanwhile our technician diagnose his laptop, we come to conclusion that we must clean format for his laptop. We had discuss with our customer and agree to clean format his laptop.

It took about 30 minutes to formatted his laptop and 1 hour to installing the software. We give to the owner to check his laptop which is it ok or not. After he check it his says he sastified of our works. He so grateful to that his laptop ACER ASPIRE 4920 HAD AFFECTED RANSOMWARE has been repaired.
